Book Review: Rebel Witch by Kristen Ciccarelli
I just finished Rebel Witch, the second book in The Crimson Moth Series, and I’m giving it a solid 5/5 stars! I loved the first book too, but this one completely blew me away. Both main characters were incredible, and their chemistry had me hooked from start to finish.
The love story is classic enemies-to-lovers, which is one of my absolute favorite tropes — I can never pass up a good one. With witches versus witch hunters, it was the perfect read to kick off spooky season. The plot had me glued to the pages, and while there were definitely some spicy moments, the story itself was full of depth and emotion. I was honestly so sad when it ended!
Now that I’ve wrapped up this series, my goal is to read as many books as I can before the new year. Next up on my physical TBR is The Cruel Prince by Holly Black. I’ve heard so much about it, so I’m really excited to finally dive in.
As for audiobooks, I usually have a few going at once to keep me company while I’m cleaning, cooking, or running errands. Right now, I’m listening to Check & Mate by Ali Hazelwood — and even though it’s not my usual vibe, I’m honestly loving it so far.
I’m really looking forward to all the reading time I have coming up, so get ready for lots more book reviews! I’ve been wanting to dedicate more time to both reading and writing, and now feels like the perfect opportunity to finally make it happen.
