What podcasts are you listening to?
Let’s be honest — motherhood is equal parts magic and mayhem. When I’m in the thick of it, nothing helps me feel more grounded (and less alone) than listening to other moms who get it.
I love a good “moms supporting moms” podcast — the kind that helps normalize the beautiful chaos of motherhood. I also can’t resist any ADHD-focused show that promises to help you get your life together (or at least make you feel like you can).
Motherhood can feel like a wild mix of magic and mayhem — some days you’re conquering the world, and other days you’re just trying to remember what you walked into the kitchen for. When I need to feel seen (or just need a good laugh), I turn to podcasts. I especially love the ones where the host keeps it real — no sugarcoating, just the true, nitty-gritty details of motherhood and ADHD. Because let’s be honest, it’s not always butterflies and rainbows.
Those honest conversations inspired me to create my own space: The Cozy Cauldron. It’s a podcast where we’ll explore the realness of motherhood and ADHD together — with plenty of laughter, a bit of chaos, and a cozy dose of magic.
If you’ve ever lost your keys while looking for your keys, or reheated the same cup of coffee three times — this one’s for you. ☕
Check out The Cozy Cauldron, my new podcast where we get real about motherhood, ADHD, and everything in between. No filters, no perfection — just honesty, humor, and heart.
At the end of the day, motherhood and ADHD aren’t about perfection — they’re about showing up, doing your best, and laughing through the chaos. That’s exactly what I want The Cozy Cauldron to be: a place where we can drop the guilt, share the real stories, and remind each other we’re not alone in this beautiful mess.
So grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and come hang out with me — new episodes are waiting in The Cozy Cauldron.
